I had a fantastic time staying at Imagina! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, even though I didn't speak Portuguese, they went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The location was perfect, with a metro station and plenty of restaurants nearby. The bed in the dorm room was comfortable and the wifi worked well. I also appreciated the fresh bread served every morning. I highly recommend Imagina for a great hostel experience.

Had an amazing time at Imagina Hostel! Volunteers were friendly & spoke great English. Perfect location, close to metro, bus, clubs & bars. Breakfast was nice, rooms were clean. Would definitely come back.

The staff were friendly and helpful during our stay. They provided us with useful information about the city and were always available to answer our questions. the payment process was smooth and hassle-free, and we were able to pay using our credit card. the location of the hostel was convenient as it was within walking distance to key attractions and public transportation. This made it easy for us to explore the city without any hassle.

There were several aspects of the hostel that we did not enjoy. the rooms were quite cramped and the layout was not ideal.

Convenient location, a short walk to the hostel and Av. Paulista. Friendly staff, hassle-free credit card payment, and smooth check-in/out process. Comfy beds in the dorm room. The couple in charge and other staff members create a warm atmosphere. Reasonable price and plenty of nearby restaurants.
